Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels or terminates the contract before the start of the rental period, the following amounts must be paid by the tenant to the landlord as compensation for the loss of rental income:
6 months or more before the start of the rental period, 40% of the total rental price must be paid to the landlord.
3rd month to 6th month before the start of the rental period, 60% of the total rental price must be paid to the landlord.
30 to 90 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total rental price must be paid to the landlord.
16 to 29 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the total rental price must be paid to the landlord.
From the day of the agreed start of the rental Up to 15 days before the agreed start of the rental period, 100% is payable.
– If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
In the event that the tenant does not leave the flat on time, the landlord is entitled to charge three times the contractually agreed daily rate for each day or part thereof.
Compliance with this agreement is particularly important as this is a holiday rental and there are other rental agreements and obligations.
