How much does the villa cost?

Prices vary depending on the season and length of stay.
During the low season (October to February), rates are generally lower.
On holidays and during the high season (March to September), prices may differ.
You will receive the exact cost after submitting your booking request.

In high season, the minimum rental period is 14 nights. In the low season the villa can be booked from 3 nights. Over Christmas, the minimum rental period is 7 nights

Booking through our website is initially a non-binding inquiry. After receiving your request, we will contact you personally, clarify any open questions, and send you a customized offer along with the rental agreement.
The booking becomes binding only after mutual confirmation.

Yes, in certain cases, additional costs may apply.
In particular, electricity consumption is charged separately during the winter.
All applicable additional costs will be communicated transparently before booking.

If a rental agreement is concluded, the data will be deleted after the rental period ends.
If no rental agreement is concluded, the collected data will be deleted no later than four weeks thereafter.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4+1 bedrooms – ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends.

Yes, all bedrooms as well as the living, dining, and kitchen areas are equipped with modern air conditioning.
During the cooler months, the fireplace and heating ensure a comfortable temperature.

The pool is not fenced and does not have a separate shallow area – it has a uniform depth throughout.
For this reason, children using the pool should be able to swim safely and must be supervised at all times.

The pool can be heated on request from November to March.
Pool heating is optional and incurs additional charges.

Yes, a covered carport is available for your vehicle.

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house – also suitable for remote work.

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.

If the tenant cancels or terminates the contract before the start of the rental period, the following amounts must be paid by the tenant to the landlord as compensation for the loss of rental income:
6 months or more before the start of the rental period, 40% of the total rental price must be paid to the landlord.

From 30 to 90 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total rental price must be paid to the landlord.
From 16 to 29 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the total rental price must be paid to the landlord.
From the day of the agreed start of the rental period to 15 days before the agreed start of the rental period, 90% of the total rental price must be paid to the landlord. From the day of the agreed start of the rental period until 15 days before the agreed start of the rental period, 100% is payable.
– If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
In the event that the tenant does not leave the apartment on time, the landlord is entitled to charge three times the contractually agreed daily price for each day or part thereof.
Compliance with this agreement is particularly important, as this is a vacation rental and there are other rental agreements or obligations.
